Welcome to Esperance Training & Assessing

 

We hope to get the opportunity to train you on one or more of our licences.

 

At the end of your training, we will proceed to the appropriate assessment, and we hope this will help you in your future plans.

 If you decide to pursue we will send you a ‘Welcome pack’ which includes:

  • ETA Enrolment form (please fill up this document entirely)
  • Training Manual
  • Assessment tools

**A student handbook, and our company policies are available on request for your interest.**

 

Then we will ask you to return the documents listed below to ETA – PO BOX 1473 – Esperance 6450 – WA or return them in person.

HR / HC / MC Licences

EWP Licence

  • the Enrolment Form completed
  • a copy of your Driver’s license
  • 2 Passport photos
  • a Secondary Form of Identity (example: Medicare card, passport…)
  • the ‘Application Form for a Licence to perform high risk work’ completed and signed (for EWP only)
